THIS is WHY I LAUGH through the TEARS and SMILE through the SORROW....

DO YOU SEE IT!! DO YOU SEE THE HAIR CUT!! HE DID IT!! Torrey and Corbin Finally made it to the Beauty Parlor or Cut and Parm as they call it here and got their hair done. They are so strong!! They were so funny to watch today. Check out their blow by blow in their Fergiskidsblog attached to this blog for more pictures - it's a hoot!!

It's funny. I'm sitting here after downloading all these silly pictures geting ready to get all these pictures up that I know all the family have been waiting to see back at home (really the ones of Corbin getting his hair cut) and all I can hear is Andrew's snoring and heart beating, the ticking of my watch, the slamming of doors outside and the typing of my fingers and realize it is so quiet right now. No music, no nothing. Just me and the computer typing away to just all of you out there in the world. Wondering if anyone out there really understands anything I am typing. Hopefully, some of you like MOM are jumping up for joy that Corbin got his hair cut (sorry it's not any shorter).

Truth - Truth will come out eventually, it always does

Psalms 15:1 O LORD, who may abide in Your tent? Who may dwell on Your holy hill? 2 He who walks with integrity, and works righteousness, And speaks truth in his heart. 3 He does not slander with his tongue, Nor does evil to his neighbor, Nor takes up a reproach against his friend; 4 In whose eyes a reprobate is despised, But who honors those who fear the LORD; He swears to his own hurt and does not change; 5 He does not put out his money at interest, Nor does he take a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things will never be shaken.

During the years of Vietnam, being a Military Wife was special. We helped the community, worked in hospitals, schools wherever we were needed. We were proud! Proud of our MEN and each other. I think I am still in shock to what has been done and said about my daughter! Not to say that there were not indiscretions by people both female and male, but it was not blown completely our of proportion like this has been. What is the Military come to letting"people" make comments to my grandchildren, call and harass my daughter, jump into their private lives, all based on something they don't know anything about. They know not the whole truth and they are living on the rumors someone thinks is great to start. Now wives always gossip, but you Men who let your wives influence how you think, what to say, and who to hurt, well maybe the women should be the ones in the military. Each of you look into your own lives, do you have something to hide, never told someone that deep dark secret? (remember I was in the Military for 15 years so don't lie).
