The eyes of Texas are upon you,
All the live long day.
The eyes of Texas are upon you,
You cannot get away.
Do not think you can escape them,
At night, or early in the morn.
The eyes of Texas are upon you,
Ok, I am in the Big state Right there with the Point sticking straight down (TEXAS) - it is the red one. I tell you this only because I am a little bit bad at geography (I do now know where Kentucky is). In fact, I don't really know all of the states names and the kids love to play games with me all the time. That is why I picked the screwiest map I could find. Well, we are moving to the Green State to the left of the RED big state (Texas) real soon as Andrew should be on the plane hopefully any minute. We will be living in Florida - YEAH! - I think I do know that we will be going through Louisiana and Alabama and that Yellow state (only doing that just to get the husband's goat; I really know it just want him to say Micki - mumble mumble)
Well I have done a little bit of shopping but not much - just a bit overwhelming and I am still trying to take it a bit easy till I am seen by the 'real' Docs and cleared for take off as they say. My friend has a posh place here with a swimming pool so Torrey is in heaven and I am just relaxing and just enjoying the quiet 108 degree weather of north Texas. Nope, no gardening here.
Life seems so fast paced now...
Well on to go study those states... Got to practice for when Corbin gets here tomorrow!!
All I know is it is GREAT TO BE IN THE STATES!!
And I did actually hear a
Ya'll come back again now - yesterday - - mmmm music to my ears!!!

Welcome! Welcome to the BIG, beautiful, hospitable, HOT state of Tejas! We love yall! :)
Florida is to the far right of Texas as you are looking at the map. If you are like my sister is, she has to look at her hands to know which is right or left... she still gets teased about that, because it still happens. Do we ever grow up???? My place isn't that posh...just lucky to find a house with a pool. Love having you here.
Okay she has her right and left sides mixed up. Little bit crazy on the spelling but she is coming back and she is in the state of TEXAS. Andrew should almost be home now with Wendy picking him up! Yes Micki bone up on the map you have a little ways to go and Corbin is on his way!! Love you! MoM
OK - like Ya'll are worried I'm going to be driving... ha ha - they won't even let me on the John Deere so if I did go left eventually I would get there as long as I didn't go through Kentucky. I would take the Oregon Trail and follow it back down south. I could do it with Corbin's help. Besides if it is colorcoded it would make it fun!! Oh AND DID I MENTION THE FACT THAT I AM IN THE LAND OF THE FREE!!
I feel so free!! And watching those dragonflies while sitting in the pool it's heaven.
I thought something was...."different", but I am directionally challenged, so I wouldn't know the difference.
Well this is Buck, the brother.. Free at last in my state, TEXAS.. Can't find a better place to be.. Good to have y'all back that is for sure.. Will be interesting to see what the future holds... As for directions, you have always been that way, I don't believe you would have made it to school without me in the car..
ok, I agree with that... in fact I probably wouldn't find the school now if you were not driving... then again how many times DID I pass your school and have to turn around when I forgot to stop at it...... boy those were the days. Me and that yellow Plymouth Arrow with 8 track player playing Billy Joe Yep - Those were the Days!!
