the wonderful world of the OLYMPICS! LIVE!

So, here I am up till they turn off the show waiting till I know all the results.

It's not so much about WHO is winning (like the US making GOLD) but the stories behind who wins like TOGO making its first medal ever.

I just want ever person there to do their best. Every one has their story but everyone here at the Olympics has their own personal best that they want to make. They might not be searching for GOLD, SILVER or BROWNSE but they are searching for making their country proud. That is what I like about the Olympics. For me it is just as important to watch the slowest swimmer swim in the first heat against the fastest swimmer in the world. He will be able to say to his grandchildren some day "I SWAM IN THE OLYMPICS". I was an OLYMPICS swimmer against the best!

That is what gives my goosebumps!

That a small country out there gets a chance to come and compete like no other time.

Gets a chance at trying.

I love it.

We should learn something from the competitors these two weeks, nothing else in the world matters (disputes, disagreements, political battles). After the high of the olympics is over I worry what will the world look forward too.

(sigh)

For now I just watch the beach volleyball as the USA are struggling against the Cuba girls... EEEK oh no!

We did a wedding YEP we sure did

All the stress and the stress and the yes stress of doing it is over.

Oh yeah and she was just in a play called BIG BAD too.

oh yeah the SOCCER. Yep, Corbin is in Soccer, Band and busy making those great grades just like Torrey.

So is this sounding like the perfect life?

Well, I'm still trying to get my physical yucky yucky back to better (yep getting better every day).

Blogging over on the MYSPACE and keeping up with the world events over there.

Enjoying Photography as my new passion and even got interested in HOCKEY as we became the ICE PILOTS Photographers (the local Hockey Team).

WOW! ~ yep! I enjoyed Hockey! HA HA HA HA
